Once in a blue moon, I get to interact with someone that does what they do with such refined craft the experience serves as an inspiration for myself. Sonam had left quite the impression with the way she reached out to me initially about a year back. It was creative, different than any other realtors’ outreach. At that point I wasn’t serious about buying but I felt compelled to keep her contact information. Fast forward to a month ago, when it came time to buy a condo, I gave her a call and I was glad that it was the right call to make. Here are some things Sonam does really well : - She makes you feel as though you are the only client she has on the go. Despite her having multiple listings to manage, she always provided me with a prompt response to my questions/concerns that was thorough and I never felt rushed. - She has your best interests at heart and doesn’t give up. I am a huge skeptic/borderline paranoid by nature but I had every reason to believe that she has the client’s best interests at heart. She is someone you don’t have to spend time stressing or over-thinking about whether she’s just trying to manipulate you or pressure you against your best interest. Above her business and her skills, she places her moral values. -She is an expert in investment properties. With so many options to invest in pre construction condo market, you are bound to get confused. I was glad that she put in a lot of effort to understand my budget, the kind of property I was looking for and accordingly sent options. Moreover she will do the number crunching for you and explains in detail how the particular investment is best suited for your goals.
